Sausage Gravy

This gravy makes a wonderful meal with Angel Fluff Biscuits, potatoes, and/or scrambled eggs.
Ingredients:
½ lbs sausage
4 Tbsp flour
2 Tbsp butter
3 C milk
1 ½ tsp pepper

Directions:
1. Brown sausage in pan. Drain grease from pan.
2. Mix in flour and butter.
3. Add milk and stir constantly.
4. Simmer on medium/high heat until gravy thickens as desired.
5. Stir in pepper.
Serves 4-6.
